The FTIR Fourier transform infrared smoke toxicity testing device is equipped with a 5-meter optical path multiple reflection gas cell, which is integrated into a 19 inch standard industrial chassis. It is very suitable for measuring and analyzing industrial gases, as well as for fully automatic real-time monitoring and quantitative analysis of gases in other different application fields. Its stable and durable core hardware, such as interferometers, infrared light sources, and diode lasers, greatly improves the long-term operation capability of the equipment and reduces overall operation and maintenance costs.
The FTIR Fourier transform infrared smoke toxicity testing device can be applied to various occasions, and can be combined with NBS smoke density testing box for toxicity index testing. When combined with lithium battery performance testing system, it can be used for lithium battery performance testing, and can also be used for gas component detection and scientific research in other industries.
FTIR Fourier transform infrared smoke toxicity testing device consists of
· There are numerous types of gases that can be quantified (over 300 compounds), making their application fields very broad. By using appropriate accessories, gas measurement can be carried out at different pressures and temperatures.
· Spectral range: 4500-800 cm-1, with a spectral resolution better than 1 cm-1.
· The gas analysis system is equipped with a multi reflection gas cell with an optical path of up to 5 meters. The optimized design of this gas cell with high luminous flux enables quantitative analysis of mixed gases even at concentrations as low as ppb.
· No gas calibration is required. When conducting gas measurements, the comprehensive system software uses nonlinear fitting algorithms to automatically invert the concentration of the target gas, while considering the effects of interfering gases and gas temperature changes. It automatically provides the most accurate real-time qualitative and quantitative analysis results .
· The optical system adopts thermoelectric cooling detector, CenterGlowTM infrared light source to ensure continuous high emission, and RockSolid interferometer to ensure permanent collimation.
· Equipped with a high-temperature and high-pressure upgrade module, the working pressure range is 0-15 bar, and the maximum working temperature is 191 ℃.
· Equipped with specialized sampling probes for sampling systems, used for sampling in pipelines or sealed chambers.
· The sampling system is fully automated with constant temperature control and equipped with a dedicated filter that can filter dust particles larger than 2 μ m.
· The independent gas analysis complete software package has launched an easy-to-use graphical user control interface for analyzers, allowing users to quickly, continuously, and fully automate gas component identification and quantification without the need for professional knowledge.
